A live dashboard updates as people scan, so you can see everyone checked in and not yet checked out, and search by name, company or number plate.

Verified, not just logged.

Every registered person carries a QR card with their photo. The scanner shows that photo, with the latest staff note on file, so the person at the gate can see whether the face matches the card.

Simple to set up.

There is no hardware to buy and no app to install. Register your people, print the cards and open the scanner in a browser.

From registration to report in four steps

    Register once.

    Add workers, visitors, drivers and deliveries individually, or upload a list from a CSV template (Site plan and above).

    Print the QR card.

    Each card carries the person's photo. A photo is compulsory at registration.

  3. 3

    Scan at the gate.

    Use any phone or tablet camera, or enter an ID manually. GateProof detects automatically whether the scan is a check-in or a check-out.

    Review and report.

    Watch the live dashboard, then open the daily report by date and export it to CSV.
