GateProof is a site sign in and attendance product from ECIS Renewables Limited, a clean energy installer based in Lincoln. We built it to control access and record attendance on construction sites, and now offer it to other UK contractors.
A gate record we could rely on
Running live sites means knowing who is there and being able to show it afterwards. We wanted a photo-verified gate record that is simple to set up and affordable to run, so we built one.
What GateProof does now
- Photo QR cards for workers, visitors, drivers and deliveries
- A browser-based gate scanner with automatic check-in and check-out detection
- A live on-site dashboard with search
- Daily reports with CSV export, and search across dates by plate, name or company
- Worker profiles, staff comments, deactivation and manual entries with an audit trail
- Bulk upload from CSV, and staff sign in by password or emailed link
What it does not do today
Inductions, permits, CSCS or document checks, automatic plate recognition at the gate (a plate can be suggested from a photo at registration for a person to confirm), offline scanning, user roles, alerts or automated report emails, or integrations with other systems.
